Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. 

Returns and exchanges will not be allowed 30 days after purchase date. 

For the return of orders, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for paypal users) + shipping cost. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement after manufacturer warehouse has received the goods. Please contact ProWatt Generators at to receive your return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning your product.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Product misuse or neglect:

If a product is suspect to failure do to improper use, overloading, or neglect of the product, some manufacturers may require a product inspection, at your (the buyer) expense, at a rate of $125/hr inspection fee plus shipping, to determined if the faulty product was due to improper operation or neglect. If the manufacturer determines that the product failure or damage is due to manufacturer defect, then you (the buyer) will receive a full refund to the original card that was used to purchase the product and not have to pay inspection and shipping fees. Any damaged caused by improper operation, overloading of device, or neglect to the product may be denied a return/exchange/refund and you (the buyer) will be charged the inspection fees plus shipping and the item will be returned to you.
